Who wears your boots?
We’re asked this question a lot. We’d say that they are the up-and-comers, the style-conscious: the waitress / actor looking for her break, working fashion models, ski board entrepreneurs, TV types, philanthropists, writers, academics, photographers, actors who’ve gotten their big break, empire builders. They are individuals. Unique.

Why are your boots in limited supply?
Our boots are not mass-produced in a factory. They are handcrafted by a dedicated team of artisans in Australia. This takes time and only the finest quality materials are used in a pair of Bulla Boots. We wouldn't have it any other way. This is why we have a limited annual production.

FIT

How do they fit?
Bulla Boots are sized as a universal style. The Bulla hand crafted boot has style design that suits both men’s and women. The fit of a sheepskin boot will be different from most footwear you own. Sheepskin will compress slightly during wear and the Bulla suede outer will stretch. When you first try on your Bulla boot the fit should be a snug fit. They will stretch with general wear. You will notice the sheepskin boot will lift from the heel as you walk; this is the classic feel of a sheepskin boot or slipper. If your fit is a little loose when you try them on, after the boot stretches, there will be more lift in the heel when you walk. That’s why we recommend the boot is a snug or snug to slightly tight when you first try it on.

If you are a size 7 ½ then go for the size 8

If I’m a size 6, do your boots fit big or small?
Valuable feedback we get from our customers tells us that if you normally wear a size 6 you will fit a size 7 in a pillowy pair of Bulla Boots. This is pretty consistent feedback.

Will they stretch?
Boot uppers are made from all natural materials and will stretch a little as you wear them.

How about the width?
Boots are made in a standard width. Because they are all natural, they will form to your foot and will stretch if need be. Bulla boots are a wider fit than normal slim fashion shoes.

Lift
There is a small amount of lift in the heel. This is normal for a boot with no laces. Traditionally, the boot is warn without a sock or stocking for less lift.

Form
Bulla Boots are designed to maintain their form through out the life of the boot. The cowhide heel support stops the rear of the boot from collapsing. They retain their style and form.
